Specimen banknote graded 65 Premium Paper Quality Gem New by PCGS and according to PMG Population Report, there is only one that was ever graded in PMG and is 64. In that case, this banknote holds top population and is finest known as of now! The bold colors on the crisp, well-embossed paper are original and bright! The red specimen stamps are seen twice on each side. The word “SPECIMEN” is printed in bold red color at center on both sides. Two signatures at bottom center. Nicolas De Pierola is seen on the obverse side. José Nicolás Baltasar Fernández de Piérola y Villena was a Peruvian politician, the Finance Minister and twice President of the Republic of Peru, from 1879 to 1881 and 1895 to 1899. On the reverse side is Casa Nacional De Moneda. A great note in unknown state of quality!
