This coin that is offered today is solid and it looks to have massive broken dies on both sides in hand and is the VAM-8a. This is a true R-7 rarity and is far and above the top pop known in the SSDC with the next finest of the 4 registered being an XF-40. This variety has rim die chips missing in the denticles on the Obverse and a partly retained Cud on the Reverse in AMERICA. The dies on this VAM are busted up basically every where!
