East Germany (1977) 10 Mark Pattern (Probe), Otto Von Guericke, PCGS SP68. Easily one of the finest examples known of this scarce, Pattern coin. As perfect as an SP68 coin might be excepted to be. Brilliant white and completely untoned. This pattern differs from the regular issue in a number of ways, most importantly that it does not have a date and the word PROBE German for Pattern appears at lower left on the reverse.
